The manufacturing process of compressed face towels is a delicate and systematic process. First you need to choose the appropriate fiber material, usually natural fibers such as cotton or bamboo fiber, or synthetic fibers. The materials undergo pre-treatment, including cleaning, bleaching and dyeing, to ensure fiber quality and hygiene. The processed fibers are fed into textile machines where they are woven or woven to form the basic structure of the face towel.
Next, the woven fabric is cut into small pieces of the required size according to the design requirements. Subsequently, the face towel is processed by a special compression machine. By applying pressure and adding an appropriate amount of moisture, the face towel is compressed into a compact shape to reduce the volume and make it easier to carry.
After compression is completed, the compressed face towels are packaged into individual packages, usually in plastic or paper packaging to keep them dry and hygienic. Finished product inspection is then performed to ensure each compressed face towel meets quality standards and is free of defects. Finally, the compressed face towels are packaged in batches for sale and distribution.
